Dubuque Chamber of Commerce Booklet - 1970

While looking through my files this week, I found the 1970 Chamber of Commerce promotional booklet. The pictures are all "pre-Urban Renewal" and "pre-Kenney Mall." We shopped "downtown" or at "K-Mart." They provide a nostalgic picture of Dubuque 50 years ago. And, it shows how far we've come. Because it is 86 pages, I will post it in several segments. I hope you enjoy it.
